How It Works

1 - Call us

We know it will be tricky to pick up the phone but let us reassure you that it will be easier once you do. Call us to let us know how we can help you and we'll try our best to book you into our diary.

2 - Pay via Paypal

There will be no pressure to work with us, but if you choose to, you'll be invited to pay via Paypal or Stripe, using your preferred card. This is a secure payment system that protects you, the consumer.

3 - Talk to us

We'll email you a series of questions relating to your loved one, their life and your relationship with them. This gives you time to think without pressure but with a clear structure. You can email back these thoughts but it's also helpful to chat. No rush, we'll take things at your pace and we won't mind if there're a few tears.

4 - We'll Write the 1st Draft

From everything you've told us, we'll write you a truly unique speech designed to be a perfect tribute to your loved one.

5 - Feedback

We want to make this eulogy truly special so we'll work closely with you to make sure it's exactly what you want to say. Unlimited edits and all the support you need.

6 - Delivery

We'll talk you through our advice on how to manage the delivery on the day. If you'd like any extra delivery coaching, we'd love to give you a discount on our normal service.
