We want all our clients to be delighted by our products & services but if you feel we fall short in any way, please get in touch with hello@speechy.com and we will attempt to address your concerns (and not cry too much!).
We aim to do our utmost to ensure you enjoy every aspect of working with us and we hope that’s why we get such great reviews.

Bespoke Service Refunds
This guarantee applies to all our bespoke services including our Edit, Bespoke & Delivery Services.
Thanks to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you’ve purchased a service but have not yet started to work with us – you have the right to cancel your order and get a refund, even if you’ve simply just changed your mind. We put no time limit on this offer.
Once work has commenced, you will be protected under Part 1 Chapter 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Quite simply, it demands that any service should be carried out with 1) Reasonable care and skill, 2) within a reasonable time and 3) at a reasonable price.
We go further than that; we want you to be truly happy with your speech. Whilst we reserve the right to edit any draft you aren’t completely happy with, if our subsequent and best efforts are still not met with satisfaction, we will still offer a refund.
In order to apply for your money-back guarantee, you must contact us via the website within 30 working days of delivery.
Of course, we would love to know how we’ve fallen short but guarantee the refund will be paid as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of you giving notice to us.
SpeechyAI Refunds
SpeechyAI produces brilliant speeches but as each speech is truly individual, we recognise that the occasional speech may not be up to the excellent standard we expect.

We will respond to your request as soon as it’s received and provide a refund within 30 days of you contacting us.
Refund Policy on Speechy Templates
Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.
If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. This to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
